Who can join?+
Anyone who can credibly introduce paying clients to Abijany — agencies, consultants, marketing operators, and existing customers who refer their network. Approval is at our discretion; we reject applicants who plan to send incentivised, low-intent, or paid-traffic referrals.
How and when do I get paid?+
Approved commissions clear a 60-day clawback window before they are eligible for payout. We run payouts monthly via Wise once your balance is at least £50; smaller balances roll forward to the next cycle.
Can I refer myself?+
No. Self-referrals are detected at signup time and the commission is forfeited. If you become an Abijany client and an affiliate, the system links the two so the guard fires automatically.
What happens if a client refunds?+
Refunds and chargebacks within the 60-day clawback window remove the related commission. Refunds after a commission is paid are recovered from your next payout (or invoiced separately if you have ended the programme).
How is tracking handled under GDPR / PECR?+
We use server-side click tracking; the cookie set on your referral URL stores only an opaque click ID and is governed by our consent banner. IP addresses are HMAC-hashed before storage — never plaintext.
Where do I read the full terms?+
The current affiliate terms are versioned (v2.1.1). You accept the active version when you submit your application; existing affiliates are grandfathered when terms change with 30 days notice.
